You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You are responsible for any activity using your account, whether or not you authorized that activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we detect simultaneous logins from different IP addresses, which suggests account sharing—a strict violation of these Terms.
The Services contain proprietary and confidential information protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. All code, videos, text, software, scripts, graphics, and interactive features ("Content") are the property of 101Bootcamps or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You agree not to copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material obtained through the Services.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. All billing inquiries should be directed to Lemon Squeezy's customer support.
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. The Services provided constitute "digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium" within the meaning of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and similar international laws. By completing your purchase and gaining immediate access to the Content, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal or cooling-off period. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind," lack of usage, or technical limitations on the user's end.

IN NO EVENT SHALL 101BOOTCAMPS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
